CLEVELAND, OH - After Elijah Griffin took home last week's honors, Tyler Klinsky has been named this week's MAC Co-East Division Wrestler of the Week, the league announced Tuesday, marking the second straight week a Bronc has earned the award.

The award comes after No. 26/24 Klinsky earned a signature victory at 125 lbs in Rider's dual against No. 12 Illinois, defeating No. 13/15 Spencer Moore in a top-25 matchup. After a scoreless first period filled with scrambles, Klinsky battled back from an early 1-0 deficit in the second with a takedown to take a 3-1 lead. He continued to control the pace in the third, adding a reversal and a locked-hands point to seal a 6-3 decision over the top-15 opponent — tying the team score at 3-3 and giving the Broncs early momentum against the nationally ranked Illini.

The Broncs return to action on Nov. 18, hosting Michigan State for their home opener.
