QUOTES & NOTES
"We had some really good results today by the women. Keira ran an outstanding race to set a personal best in the 3k by over 26 seconds. She has been very impressive this season. She executed the race plan perfectly and put herself into really good position to rip the end."
"Jordan ran a solid race. She could have raced better tactically over the last half but she will learn from this experience. She's having a great year." -
