About Licensing & Trademarks
The Rider University Department of Athletics licensing program was developed to promote, protect, and control the proper usage of the brand. The Department of Athletics manages the presentation of the brand which includes all use of trademarks, service marks, logos, insignias, seals, symbols, or slogans that are associated with or referring to Rider University Athletics. The University requires all who use these marks to obtain the approval from Rider University Department of Athletics before producing any products that utilize the Rider University Athletics brand.

The Rider University Department of Athletics has partnered with CLC to help manage the licensing of the University's athletics marks. All revenue generated through licensing is reinvested into Rider University Athletics.
