TUCSON, AZ – Collegiate Baseball released its Pre-Season Poll presented by Big League Chew bubble gum Tuesday and Rider University was receiving votes in the initial poll. The Broncs are joined in the receiving votes section of the poll with fellow MAAC programs Canisius and Fairfield.
 
The Broncs finished the 2022 season 28-26 and advanced to the Championship Game of the MAAC Tournament for the second-straight season. The Broncs return eight of nine offensive starters from a season ago, including Pre-Season All-American Brendan O'Donnell, and also return key pitchers Frank Doelling, Dylan Heine, and Danny Kirwin.
 
The Broncs open the season Feb. 17 at Gardner-Webb with a four-game set against the Runnin' Bulldogs.
