QUOTES
"We had a very good day today with many PRs and some ECAC/IC4A qualifying marks." – Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer

"Long continues his very strong season with an IC4A mark in the 1500 meters. He is still learning how to race at a very high level and once he figures that out he will make a huge breakthrough." – Hamer

"We have a few relays tomorrow with the highlight being the 4x1500. It's the only chance we have to race it all year and they get very excited to run this race." – Hamer
