NOTES & QUOTES
"It was a really good day for the men and the women today. We were able to win both sides with a total team effort. We were spurred on by some outstanding individual efforts and it was an exciting day in many events." – Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer

"The highlight was Ragusa's new Rider record in the javelin. It was a huge PR and a IC4A qualifier as well. It is also a mark that gives him a great shot to qualify for the NCAA First Round. Ragusa has been great so far this year. He is a guy who has worked so hard this year to better himself at his craft. He didn't really have an event indoors, but he showed up every day to put in the work so he could shine when it matters the most." – Hamer

"The throws got some really good results in many areas today. We are counting heavily in every group to contribute and they have some standout performers that can really help out the team." – Hamer

"Today was a great step forward in the early part of the outdoor season and we need to carry this forward next weekend." – Hamer
