NOTES & QUOTES
"Overall today the shot putters were very good. Fidele and Adam have both struggled early this season with some technical adjustments. Today they put things together and had great results. To make a final of this caliber was great for both of them. We unfortunately were not great outside the shot put circle today. We had some good efforts, but not at all the results we had hoped for."
– Rider Associate Head Coach Brett Harvey on the team's performance at Penn State
"After the women had a lot of success yesterday, it was the men's turn and they delivered. We had a really nice day of running today. We had a bunch of PRs, Top Ten marks, and IC4A qualifying performances today. I'm really excited about the men today. We spoke about how much success the women had yesterday and that it would be their turn to shine today. They definitely rose to that challenge."
– Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer on the meet in Boston
"The middle distance men really stepped up today with some great races in the 800 and mile. These guys have been ready for a breakthrough and they definitely had that today. One of the things that I'm really excited about is that we had four relays get the ECAC or IC4A qualifying mark this weekend. We now have five of the six relays qualified. Our goal has always been to get all six and we are really close to that goal after this weekend."

- Rider returns to action next Friday, February 1, competing against neighboring TCNJ in a dual meet on the campus of Lawrenceville Prep on Route 206.
