WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Rider enters the weekend with a 4-4 mark in MAAC matches. The Broncs are 4-0 on Saturday's in conference action in 2018. The team has split its first three weekends of conference play this season.

- Last time out, Rider fell in five games to Coppin State on the road. In their last MAAC match, the Broncs cruised past visiting Saint Peter's, 3-0, on October 6.

- The Broncs are 3-4 in five-set contests this fall. The team is 4-4 in three-set matches (with all four wins coming in conference play) and 1-0 in four-game tilts. At home, the Broncs are 3-2 this year with impressive wins against Quinnipiac, Siena and Saint Peter's.

- On Tuesday, September 4, Head Coach Chris Feliciano earned his 100th career victory at Rider. He became just the second coach in program history to reach the milestone. He enters the weekend with a career record of 106-127. He is the second winningest coach in program history and is seven wins away from the most  victories in program history.

- In the first match of the season, senior Hailey Riede became the eighth player in program history to record 1,000 career kills. Riede is the fourth player under Feliciano to reach the milestone. In the first 32 years of the program, four players recorded 1,000 career kills. In Feliciano's eight seasons the same number of student-athletes have accomplished the feat. She currently is third program history with 1,134 kills.

- Freshman setter Anilee Sher has twice been named the MAAC Rookie of the Week already this season. She is averaging 9.34 assists per set and 2.84 digs per set. She also leads the team with 26 service aces. Sher has recorded a team-best 10 double-doubles this season, including six straight. She has dished out 523 assists this season and registered 159 digs.

- In September, junior Rachelle Runyon was named the MAAC Libero of the Week. It was her first career weekly award from the league. Both Runyon and Sher were named to the La Salle Invitational All-Tournament Team on the second weekend of play.

- Canisius leads the all-time series with Rider, 26-10. The Broncs are looking to avenge a 3-0 setback to the Golden Griffins earlier this season in Buffalo. Rider has had recent success versus the Griffs, winning four of the last five meetings after sweeping the regular-season series in both 2016 and 2017. Canisius has won three straight MAAC matches entering the weekend.

- Niagara leads the all-time series with Rider, 22-13. The Broncs are looking to complete the regular-season series sweep of the Purple Eagles after taking the first match between the two, 3-0, in Western New York earlier this season. The two squads have split their last four meetings with Niagara winning twice against the Broncs last fall. Niagara enters the weekend on a two-match conference winning streak after defeating Quinnipiac and Fairfield last weekend.

- Offensively, Savannah Logan has a team-high 158 kills this season. She has added a career-high 141 digs as well to go along with 15 blocks. Logan has recorded five double-doubles this year.

- Hailey Riede has 142 kills in 48 sets played. She is leading the team with 2.96 kills per set. Riede has recorded 10 or more kills in a match seven times this autumn.

- At the net, senior Perry Williams had a team-best 55 total blocks (16 solo blocks, 39 block assists). She has recorded six or more block assists in four matches in 2018. In the middle, Williams and Alexa Shello are tied for third on the squad with 88 kills.

- Defensively, Runyon leads the team with 279 digs, while Sher is second with 159. On the backline, Brynn Sherbert has chipped in 141 digs, while Danielle Blanco has contributed 138 digs. Runyon had 37 digs last week in a five-set match at Iona. The 37 digs were the most by a MAAC player in a match this year.
