LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – The Rider University men's and women's cross country teams have each been honored with the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Cross Country All-Academic Teams, the organization today announced. To be eligible, teams must have a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.

"I am always excited to celebrate the academic accomplishments of our athletes," said Rider Director of Cross Country, Track & Field Bob Hamer. "They work really hard in the classroom to be the best versions of themselves"

The women's team posted a 3.62 GPA, while the men's team had a 3.18 GPA. The GPA's include all eligible varsity student-athletes.
