Artie Burgess was also able to get it done in the 60m with a time of 6.84 to take home the top spot at the Villanova Invitational and qualify for ECAC/IC4A's.

Back-to-Back MAAC Field Performer of the week
Jayden DuBard again won the men's shot put with a 16.19m throw. The win is DuBrad's third straight invitational win in the shot put for the Broncs'.

Quotes & Notes

"Merriweather and Burgess continued their strong seasons picking up big wins. They both are in a groove right now. They really rise to the level of the competition in each of their events."
"DuBard had another big day in the shot. He is improving each week and it is very exciting to watch." -
