LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Tyler Klinsky (Middletown, NJ/Middletown North) earned a major decision and Michael Wilson (Annandale, NJ/North Hunterdon) earned a sudden come-from-behind victory to push the Broncs past the Bloomsburg University Huskies 25-9 Saturday afternoon in Alumni Gymnasium. The Broncs improve to 2-4, 2-3 MAC, while the Huskies fall to 5-5, 0-4 MAC.

Klinsky kicked off the dual with a major decision at 125, 10-1. Richie Koehler (Middletown, NJ/Christian Brothers Academy) and #25 Quinn Kinner (Mullica Hill, NJ/Kingsway) kept the pace, each earning decisions of their own at 133 and 141 respectively to press the Rider lead to 10-0 over Bloomsburg going into 149. The Huskies would find an answer at 149 and 157 though, earning a pair of decisions to cut the Rider advantage to only four.

Following the intermission, Wilson aimed to break the Bloomsburg momentum with a victory thanks to four sudden near-fall points with only 13.3 seconds left on the clock to give him the 10-7 victory at 165. Shane Reitsma (Howell, NJ/Howell) followed up with a decision, 6-2 at 174 to push the lead again. Bloomsburg continued to fight back, earning a decision at 184. Azeem Bell wrapped up the match, due to a forfeit at 285, after earning a 4-1 decision to help seal the Broncs victory over the Huskies, 25-9.
