- Rider qualified for the MAAC Tournament for the fifth season in a row. It also marks the 18th straight season in which Rider has participated in postseason play.
- The Broncs will be the No. 4 seed for the second consecutive year. Rider is 0-1 all-time as the No. 4 seed in the MAAC Tournament.
- Rider is looking to avenge a 3-2 double overtime setback to Monmouth in the 2016 MAAC Tournament Semifinals. The Broncs are 0-2 all-time against Monmouth in the MAAC Tournament.
- Monmouth has defeated Rider in each of the last four meetings between the two. Four of the last five games between the Broncs and the Hawks have been decided by one goal.  
- In the regular-season finale, Monmouth topped Rider, 5-0, in stormy conditions on Sunday.
- The Broncs are 2-7 in one-goal games in 2017. Rider is 0-3 in overtime this season.
- Rider has allowed one goal or fewer in five of their six games against MAAC opponents this autumn.
- The Broncs are outscoring opponents, 19-7, in the second half in 2017.
- Four Rider first-year players have been honored by the MAAC. Eline De Jong was named the MAAC Rookie of the Week on August 29, goalkeeper Lena Vandam was tabbed as the MAAC Defensive Player of the Week on three times, Brittany Romanczuk was the MAAC Rookie of the Week on October 24 and Kaitlyn Flemming was honored as the MAAC Rookie of the Week twice.
 - This season, Vandam is 8-10 with 1.51 goals-against average, a .778 save percentage and 98 saves. She has posted five shutouts and played over 1,295 minutes. She has made 10 or more saves three times in her young career. She leads the MAAC with five shutouts and save percentage, while ranking second in the league in goals-against average. She became the fourth different Rider goalkeeper to record five shutouts or more in a season.  
- Senior Allison Baligian leads the team in goals and points. She has scored seven times this fall and added four assists for 18 points. Baligian also has a team-best three game-winning goals in 2017.
- Senior Shannon Hughes leads the team with seven assists.
- Flemming and De Jong are tied for tops in the MAAC amongst freshmen with five goals.
