PHILADELPHIA, PA - The Rider women's track and field team delivered a strong showing across multiple events, highlighted by record-book performances in both the Penn Relays and the Lions Invitational on Friday afternoon.
Penn Relays
Day two of the Penn Relays was highlighted by the distance medley relay team of
Liz Fis,
Tamara Rawles,
Julie Ruskan, and
Maddie Dischert, who delivered a historic performance, posting the second-fastest time in program history at 11:47.07.

Lions Invite
Kendra Green continued her standout freshman season, winning the shot put with a mark of 13.84m, good for eighth all-time in program history.
Taylor Johnson captured first in the 100m, crossing the line in 12.32.
In the field events,
Kendall Howe and
Violet Goldilla shared the top spot in the pole vault, each clearing 3.50m, which ranks fifth in program history.
