PRINCETON, NJ - The Rider women's track and field team turned in a strong day on the track, highlighted by multiple top-10 performances in program history on Saturday afternoon at Larry Ellis Invitational
Tamara Rawles turned in a standout performance in the 400m, clocking a 55.96 to record the fourth-fastest time in program history.
Liz Fis delivered a strong showing in the 1500m, crossing the line in 4:31.14.
Valencia Gosser added to the record book in the 200m with a time of 25.00, ranking ninth all-time in program history.
