Quotes and Notes
"We had some really nice performances today that should bring us some good momentum and confidence heading into the MAAC Championships.

Tamara had a big race in the 400 to improve her #4 all-time mark. She's rounding into great form at the right time, and it is exciting to see.

Liz had a really nice 1500 today that will boost her confidence going into MAACs.

Valencia had a really big 200 to set the #9 mark all-time. She's been taking nice steps forward over the last few weeks, so it was nice to see her rewarded." - Rider Director of Cross Country, Track & Field Bob Hamer.
