Quotes and Notes
"It was a tough meet for the men. We had some great highlights and some disappointing lows. That is a conference meet and this meet has become really competitive. Sacred Heart stepped up big time this weekend and excelled in many events and deserved to win. We just have to regroup for the outdoor meet and make some improvements to compete for the championship.
Damere was great this weekend. He followed up a huge performance yesterday with a big win in the shot to earn Field Performer of the Meet. Damere is an outstanding person who works so hard and is really fun to be around. He is very deserving of this honor.
I'm really excited for Ben to win the Rookie Field Event performer. He has been really good this season and he will be an impact athlete for us.
Nathan Storz had a big weekend. Nearly winning the hurdles and coming back with a big PR in the triple jump to finish second."
