Quotes and Notes
"We had a tough Sunday. I felt that we had a lot of momentum from Saturday but we were just hit with some adversity today. We did have some performances to get really excited about and then some other tough breaks. We will just need to learn from this experience.
Damere had a big day for us with a pair of second places. It was nice to see him get a PR and step up big time in the discus. HRs had a great year and we are looking forward to even better success down the road.
Ethan had a great race in the 1500. He's got such great racing instincts and used his tools really effectively today."
