EDISON, NJ – The Rider University men's indoor track & field team placed 15 student-athletes on the MAAC All-Academic Team, the conference office announced today. To qualify, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale and have completed at least two semesters at their institution.

Sacred Heart University led the league with a conference-best 42 selections. Marist University followed with 28 honorees, while Merrimack College added 22. Iona University recorded 18 academic team members, with Rider next among the conference programs with 15 selections. Rounding out the list were Canisius University (13), Siena University (13), Manhattan University (8), Mount St. Mary's University (7) and Saint Peter's University (7).

The Broncs return to action at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, set for Feb. 21-22 at the 168th Street Armory.
