NEW YORK, NY – For the third time this season, sophomore
Dylan Giloley etched her name into the Rider women's indoor track and field record book, setting another program mark on day two of the Dr. Sander Scorcher Invite on Saturday afternoon.
Giloley continued her standout indoor campaign by breaking La'tazah Coleman's longstanding 300-meter record from 2013, clocking a time of 24.58 to surpass the previous mark of 24.65.
Earlier this season, Giloley opened her record-setting run by breaking the program's 300m indoor record in December before following it up with a new 60m indoor record on Jan. 10.
In the field events, Violet claimed the top spot in the open division of the pole vault, clearing 3.55 meters to lead the competition.
