LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider head women's basketball coach Jackie Hartzell has announced the team's non-conference schedule for her first season with the Broncs. For 2025-26, the Broncs non-conference schedule features four home contests and five road dates, including trips to Boston College and George Mason University.

Quickly: In what will be the first game for new head coach Jackie Hartzell, The Broncs will host Lafayette for the first meeting between the programs in nearly a decade. Stella Johnson had a double-double in the game, scoring 12 points to go along with 12 rebounds, but it was not enough for the Broncs.

Quickly: The Broncs topped the Skyhawks, 65-53, last season after erasing an 11-point lead early in the fourth quarter, using a 12-0 run started by a Jocelyn Chavez three to take the lead, before a late 10-0 Rider run secured the victory.

Quickly: Bryant defeated the Broncs 62-54 in the regular season on their way to a WNIT berth, falling in the first round to Army. Emilee Tahata and Gabby Turco both scored 16 points for the Broncs in a game that was tied with just over two minutes to play, but the Bulldogs secured the win in the final minutes.

Quickly: It will be the first-ever meeting between the Broncs and Patriots when the teams meet just before Thanksgiving this year. The Patriots reached the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history, winning the A-10 Championship before falling to Florida State in the first round. The Patriots return their top two scorers from a season ago in Zahirah Walton and Kennedy Harris.
