EDISON, NJ – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced selections for Jersey Mike's Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week Monday and Rider University's Elizabeth Shean was selected as the Jersey Mike's MAAC Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season.
 
Shean scored her third career hat trick, and added a ground ball in Rider's win over. She followed up that performance with a pair of goals and an assist in Rider's win over Quinnipiac, helping Rider clinch a berth in the MAAC Tournament for the first time in program history.
 
The Broncs open play at the MAAC Tournament against Niagara in a game played at Iona University Friday at noon.
