- Rider returns to action Saturday, when it plays host to Siena.
- Rider Athletics is enhancing the game day experience for fans at home men's basketball games during the 2024-25 season. The new "Broncs Fan Zone," located in the Student Recreation Center Atrium adjacent to Alumni Gym, will include enhanced concessions, a live pregame radio show with special guests hosted by 107.7 The Bronc and the introduction of alcohol sales. - The Broncs lost their second-straight Thursday, 89-77, at Sacred Heart.
- The Broncs held off Saint Peter's, 67-64 Jan. 31 for Head Coach Kevin Baggett's 200th career victory, all at Rider. He became the fourth coach to win 200 games with a MAAC program or programs and just the second to accomplish the feat at a single MAAC institution.
- Four Broncs scored in double figures at Sacred Heart, led by T.J. Weeks Jr. and Tariq Ingraham with 12 points apiece.
- T.J. Weeks Jr. scored a game-high 17 points in the win over Saint Peter's.
- T.J. Weeks Jr. has been the Broncs' leading scorer, averaging 13.3 points per game. He's scored in double figures 19 times in 22 games played, including a season-high 21 points at Fairfield.
- Rider is 7-1 this season when holding the opposition to fewer than 72 points. The loss to Merrimack was the Broncs' first when allowing fewer than 72.
- The Broncs and Saints have split the regular-season series each of the last three years, but will face each other for the only time in 2024-25. Siena leads all-time series, 39-21. The series has been closer at Alumni Gym, where the Saints own a 19-15 advantage.
- The Saints are led by Justice Shoats at 15.5 points and 4.2 assists per game. Major Freeman has added 14.0 ppg., while Brendan Coyle also averages in double figures at 12.7 ppg. Gavin Doty is the reigning MAAC Rookie of the Week and has averaged 8.7 ppg. to go along with a team-leading 5.2 rpg.
 - The Broncs were picked seventh in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
- 13th-year Head Coach Kevin Baggett's teams have posted a 200-198 record. Baggett won MAAC Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.
