NEW YORK, NY – The Rider women's indoor track and field team captured their third consecutive MAAC Indoor Championship title on Sunday evening at the 168th Street Armory.

In the field events, Chika Efobi led the Broncs being crowned MAAC Champion in the shot put with a winning throw of 12.72m.

Taylor Johnson secured a podium finish, placing third in the 60m event, while Hailey Palmer claimed silver in the 400m.

Jordan O'Neill delivered an impressive performance, finishing as the runner-up in both the mile and 3000m events.

The Broncs also secured a pair of relay podium finishes, taking second place in the 4x400 relay and securing a third-place finish in the 4x800 relay.

Jordan was great this weekend. She ran two outstanding races in the mile and the 3000 meters today to score big points for the team. She is such a tough performer for this team. 

It was great to see Chika get the win in the shot put. They were huge points for the team. She gave us a great effort when we needed it. 

Dylan has had a great freshman year and it was really nice to see her recognized tonight. She is a fierce competitor with a bright future.
