PHILADELPHIA, PA - Dylan Giloley opened her sophomore campaign with a historic performance, breaking the program record in the 300m to lead the Rider women's indoor track and field team at the season-opening Penn Opener on Saturday.
After a standout freshman year, Giloley picked up right where she left off, clocking 39.46 to finish fourth overall and surpass the previous school record of 40.32 held by
Tamara Rawles and
Amari Pinkett.
Rider also produced strong results in the field events, highlighted by
Gabrielle Vetere's runner-up finish in the pole vault, clearing 3.62m to begin her season on a high note.
