EDISON, NJ – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced selections for weekly volleyball awards Tuesday and Rider University's Keegan O'Connor was named MAAC Libero of the Week and Makenna Mason was selected as MAAC Setter of the Week.
 
O'Connor averaged 4.55 digs per set, recording double figures in each of Rider's three matches during the week. In Rider's straight-set win over Saint Peter's, the senior had a season-high 21 digs. She finished with 15 digs and an ace against Sacred Heart and 14 digs with a pair of aces against Fairfield.
 
Mason led all setters in the MAAC for the second-straight week, averaging 11.64 assists per set across the 2-1 week. The junior added 13 digs to her 32 assists against Saint Peter's and 10 digs to her 54 assists against Sacred Heart to earn a pair of double-doubles. She followed up that performance with 42 assists and eight digs against Fairfield.
 
The Broncs are back in action Friday, hosting Quinnipiac at 6 p.m.
