LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider University volleyball standout
Kiannisha Santiago has announced the signing of her first professional contract, joining KP Brno in the Czechia.
"My goal since I started playing volleyball was to play professionally," said Santiago. "Knowing I was able to accomplish my dreams just made me really happy. I am grateful for the opportunity and for all the people who helped me through my journey to reach my goals. I've always wanted to play in Europe, and having an opportunity to play in Czechia, where everything is so beautiful, I wanted to take the opportunity and explore something different."
The 2025 MAAC Player of the Year and Honorable Mention All-America honoree finished her Rider career last season, graduating fifth in program history with 1,143 career kills and her 425 kills in 2025 are the seventh-most in a single season in program history.
