Matteus Froberg Dahlin defeated fourth-seeded Sviatoslav Koliadynskyi of Siena, 6-4, 6-1, Sunday in the MAAC Masters Tournament Singles Championship. With the win, Froberg Dahlin has clinched a spot in the ITA Conference Masters Championships at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, CA, Nov. 6-9.
Over the three-day MAAC Masters Singles Tournament, the third-seeded Froberg Dahlin won four matches, defeating Martin Macias of Sacred Heart, Kostas Kollias of Fairfield, Ian Layton of Marist and Koliadynskyi.
The Broncs return to action Wednesday morning, when they travel to Monmouth for a 9 a.m. first serve.
