Jade Regnart (Cape Town, South Africa/Fairmont) and sophomore men's tennis player
Matteus Froberg Dahlin (Lidingo, Sweden/Hersby Gymnasium) have been selected McGriff Rider Athletes of the Month for September.
Regnart was a two-time Northeast Conference Defensive Player of the Week in September, leading the Broncs to three times, two in league play. At month's end, she ranked 10
th in the nation with 7.25 saves per game, while leading the NEC with a .734 saves percentage.
Froberg Dahlin had an impressive showing at the season-opening Lehigh Invitational, winning all three of his singles matches at the top flight and going 2-1 in doubles. He defeated Villanova's Cooper Gordon, 6-3, 6-4, Lafayette's Ricky Espaillat, 6-4, 6-2, and Lehigh's Sean Jaeger, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4). In doubles, he paired with
Nathan Slattery to earn wins over duos from Villanova and Lafayette.
