- Rider reopens MAAC play Sunday when it plays host to Manhattan.
- Rider Athletics is enhancing the game day experience for fans at home men's basketball games during the 2024-25 season. The new "Broncs Fan Zone," located in the Student Recreation Center Atrium adjacent to Alumni Gym, will include enhanced concessions, a live pregame radio show with special guests hosted by 107.7 The Bronc and the introduction of alcohol sales. This initiative is designed to enhance the fan experience while continuously ensuring a safe and family-friendly environment.

- After opening the season at 4-2, the Rider is looking to snap a seven-game losing skid, most recently falling Dec. 22 at North Carolina State.

T.J. Weeks Jr. has been the Broncs' leading scorer, averaging 13.4 points per game. He's scored in double figures 10 times in 13 games played, including a season-high 21 points at Fairfield.
- The Broncs have won five straight against Manhattan, including a program-record 76.4 percent shooting from the field in a 104-62 victory last Feb. 18 at Draddy Gym. Rider has also won nine-straight over Manhattan at Alumni Gym, with the last Manhattan victory in Lawrenceville coming Feb. 13, 2014.
- After posting a 7-23 record in John Gallagher's first season, Manhattan is a win away from matching it's win total from last season in just 12 games. The Jaspers fell Friday night at Siena, 103-95, in double overtime.
- The Jaspers are led by 6-foot-8 freshman forward Will Sydnor, who's averaging a team-high 15.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game while shooting 47.6 percent from the floor, including 39.0 percent from beyond the arc. Devin Dinkins (11.9 ppg.), Shaquil Bender (11.0 ppg.), Wesley Robinson (10.6 ppg., 6.1 rpg.) and Jaden Winston (10.3 ppg., 4.9 apg.) all average in double figures scoring.
- The Broncs were picked seventh in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll. Rider has had unique success in three prior occasions being picked seventh, outperforming their projections with the 1st (2017-18), 2nd (2014-15) and 6th (2016-17) seeds in the MAAC Tournament in those seasons.
