- Rider returns to action Thursday, when it plays host to Mount St. Mary's at Alumni Gym.    
- Rider Athletics is enhancing the game day experience for fans at home men's basketball games during the 2024-25 season. The new "Broncs Fan Zone," located in the Student Recreation Center Atrium adjacent to Alumni Gym, will include enhanced concessions, a live pregame radio show with special guests hosted by 107.7 The Bronc and the introduction of alcohol sales. - After opening the season at 4-2, the Rider lost nine-straight before snapping the skid this past Sunday at Niagara.
- T.J. Weeks Jr. scored a game-high 18 points in the win at Niagara, while Tank Byard scored Rider's final seven points as part of a season-high 12-point performance to secure the Broncs' victory. 
- T.J. Weeks Jr. has been the Broncs' leading scorer, averaging 13.2 points per game. He's scored in double figures 12 times in 15 games played, including a season-high 21 points at Fairfield.
- Rider is 4-0 this season when holding the opposition to fewer than 72 points.
- Rider leads the all-time series with Mount St. Mary's, 16-13. The Broncs swept the 2023-24 series with two four-point victories. Kevin Baggett's teams are 3-1 against Mountaineers since they joined the MAAC prior to the 2022-23 season.
 - The Mountaineers are led by Dallas Hobbs at 13.1 points per game. However, Hobbs has missed the last three games due to injury, all Mount St. Mary's wins. Dola Adebayo has added 11.7 ppg. and 6.3 ppg., including the game-winning buzzer beater last time out against Sacred Heart. Terrell Ard Jr. has also averaged in double figures with 11.4 ppg. to go along with a team-leading 7.1 rpg. Jedy Cordilia (9.3 ppg., 6.8 rpg.), Carmelo Pacheco (8.4 ppg., .425 3ptFT%) and Xavier Lipscomb (7.5 ppg., 4.7 apg.) have also made strong contributions.
- The Broncs were picked seventh in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
- 13th-year Head Coach Kevin Baggett's teams have posted a 197-194 record. Baggett won MAAC Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.
