PHILADELPHIA, PA - Rider University Women's Track and Field graduate distance runner Teagan Schein-Becker made program history Thursday, winning the 1500m at the historic Penn Relays. Schein-Becker won the College Women's Championship 1500 meters in 4:09.87, setting a new Rider Record.
