LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider University women's tennis players
Agnese Ceccarelli (Arezzo, Italy/Liceo Classico Francesco Petrarca),
Sofia Gutierrez (Miami, FL/Palmetto Senior),
Samantha Killin (Warwick, NY/Warwick Valley),
Meadow LaDuke (St. Paul, MN/St. Michael-Albertville),
Daniela Naves (Alvarado, Mexico/Club Med Academies) and
Andrea Sydow (Las Querenzas, Mexico/Prepa Net ITESM)
have been named to the MAAC Women's Tennis All-Academic Team, the league office has announced.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
Ceccarelli earned the honor for the third-straight year, while Gutierrez, Killin, LaDuke, Naves and Sydow were each honored in their first years of eligibility.
