Quotes & Notes
"It was a record-breaking day for the men today in the distance medley relay. It was really exciting to watch the men bounce back from yesterday and really bring it today."

"Travis got things started with a great leadoff leg to put us in it and then Artie and Derian did a real nice job of giving Noah a chance to bring it home. Noah ran a really strong anchor leg to secure the record."

"The women were really good today. I was really excited about their effort and competitiveness. They took advantage of great opportunities today."

"Jordan ran an outstanding race to shatter the 3000 meter record. She broke a record that had been set by one of the all time greats at Rider, Emily Ritter. Jordan executed the race plan perfectly today and then the excitement of the moment really brought her home. She was very impressive today."

"Hailey had another great day today moving up to #2 all time in the 200 meters. She has been such a big and consistent performer for us this season. I am really excited to see what is next for her."

"Keira closed out the meet for us with an outstanding 5000 meters to qualify for ECACs. She has worked so hard to overcome a lot of adversity and tonight was a big time reward for all her persistence." - Rider Director of Cross Country, Track & Field Bob Hamer
