BOSTON, MA –The Rider University men's and women's track & field teams had success on the track at the Terrier Classic Friday. On the men's side, Artie Burgess made his way into the Rider Top 10 once again, this time in the 400m. He finished 10th with a time of 48.39, good for third in Broncs history. The time is also an IC4A qualifier.
Derian Stianche had a big PR in the 800m, finishing 33nd with the time of 1:53.43. Stianche qualified for IC4A's. Parker Jarratt also ran in the 800m, finishing 41st with the time 1:53.99.
On the women's side, Lydia Wallace, Jordan O'Neill, Hailey Palmer, and Krisantha Spencer finished fourth in DMR with the time of 11:44.12. Wallace,O'Neill, Palmer and Spencer qualified for ECAC's and made their way into Rider's Top 10 with the fourth-best time in program history.
