LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J- The Rider University Wrestling team dominated Edinboro 34-6 with three tech falls from Tyler Klinsky, Quinn Kinner, and Colton Washleski. With the win the Broncs stay perfect in the MAC at 3-0 and 3-5 overall and Edinboro moves to 1-7 and 0-3 overall. 

The day started with another strong performance from Tyler Klinsky who scored a tech fall over 22-6 over Caleb Edwards. Klinsky picked up his eighth bonus point decision and his team-leading sixth tech fall of the year. Klinsky came out of the gates strong scoring with a trio of take downs in the first period. The Middletown native then followed up the first three minutes with a massive second period putting the Broncs up 5-0 with a 22-6 final by tech fall at 4:59.

Richie Koehler followed the lead set by Klinsky with a 8-0 major decision over Lane Aikey. Koehler dominated Aikey with a take down in the first period and flattened Aikey for the entirety of the period. The second period followed the same script, and in the final period Koehler scored an early escape and locked up a point in riding time with over four minutes to pick up back-to-back bonus point wins for Rider with a major decision.

Will Betancourt did the same as Koehler with a major decision victory 13-5 over Jacob Brennaman. Betancourt's win at 141 is his first with Rider and his first bonus point decision with the Broncs.

#24 Quinn Kinner matched Klinsky's tech fall with one of his own, shutting out Colin Roberts 17-0. Kinner went up 11-0 with 2:41 of riding time, and matched it with another dominant period boosting the riding time to 4:41 after a second period takedown securing the tech fall.

#31 Colton Washleski rounded out the tech fall trio with a 19-4 win over Steffan Lynch. Washleski was led to the tech with 10 point period second period with an added two and a half minute of riding time in the second wrapping up the tech and putting Rider up 23-0 in the dual. 

Michael Wilson and David Szuba rounded out the bonus point wins with a 14-5 major decision over Joseph Arnold at 174 and a 9-1 win at heavyweight over Nick Ladato.
