NOTES AND QUOTES
"We had a really good day today. The athletes raced competitively and did a really nice job of executing the race plans. The highlight was Jordan breaking the Rider record in the 5k. She ran a really nice race. She struggled a bit for about 3 minutes in the last mile but rebounded nicely over the last 600 meters to get under 17:00. " – Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer
