Quotes and Notes
"We had a really nice day with both teams getting the win. It is important for us as a program to win meets and this is a big step toward us continuing to build a championship program."
"Manorowitz had a big day finishing second in the long jump with a new PR of 7.53 meters. It is an IC4A qualifier and a likely NCAA First Round qualifying mark. It is really nice to see him get a big mark early to get his season off on the right foot. He has big goals this year and this is a big early step in that process."
"Boyer winning the 400 meters in 48.39 and Merriweather winning the hurdles in 14.76 were nice races for both of them, especially since they were able to get the IC4A mark in those events. They both had very strong indoor seasons and we always talk about getting on a roll and keeping it going. These guys are doing it." -
