- All remaining Rider basketball games in 2019-20 will air on ESPN+ or ESPN3.

- Monmouth leads the all-time series with Rider, 29-19. However, the Broncs have had the edge of late, winning six of the last seven meetings. Last year, Rider swept the regular-season series with Monmouth, winning each game by double figures. Under
Lynn Milligan, Rider is 11-5 versus the Hawks.

Stella Johnson and
Amari Johnson both recorded double-doubles to lead Rider over visiting Saint Peter's, 72-52, on Thursday. Playing in their final home game, Stella and Amari energized the hosts. Rider used a 12-2 run in the third quarter to break open a one-possession game. During the spurt, the pair accounted for eight of the Bronc points.

- The Rider seniors accounted for 67 of the team's 72 points in the victory over Saint Peter's on Thursday.

Lea Favre all scored in double figures. The trio combined to shoot over 46 percent (23-of-49) from the field.

- Rider surrendered just nine fourth-quarter points against the Peacocks last time out. The Broncs have held an opponent under 10 points in a quarter in conference play 19 times this season. Rider is currently tops in the MAAC and ninth in the country in field-goal percentage defense (.339). Rider is 19-1 this season when holding opponents to 66 or fewer points.

- With one conference game left in the regular season, Rider is tied atop the league standings at 17-2 with Marist. If both teams win out, the Broncs will clinch the top seed in the MAAC Championship for the first time in program history. Rider owns the tiebreaker thanks to splitting the regular-season series with the Red Foxes and sweeping Fairfield.

Stella Johnson became the first player in program history and the eighth player in the history of MAAC women's basketball to score 2,000 career points at Quinnipiac in mid-February.

- Following the 64-57 win over Xavier in mid-November, Rider moved into CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top-25 Poll. The Broncs are currently ranked 11th in the poll.

- On February 10,
Stella Johnson was named one of 10 candidates for the 2020 Nancy Lieberman Award as announced by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association. Stella is the only mid-major player on this list that includes players from the BIG 12, AAC, BIG EAST, Big Ten, Pac 12 and SEC.

Stella Johnson is the only active Division I women's basketball player with 2,000 career points, 700 career rebounds, 400 career assists and 300 career steals. She is also closing in on 100 career blocks with 91 and counting. Â

- On November 26,
Stella Johnson was named the U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) Ann Meyers Drysdale Women's National Player of the Week. It marked the first time in program history that a Bronc was named the USBWA National Player of the Week and also the first time a player from the MAAC picked up the weekly accolade as well. Stella is one of just two active players in all of Division I, along with Princeton's Bella Alarie, to be have earned both USBWA National Player of the Week and USBWA National Freshman of the Week honors in their careers.

Stella Johnson set a single-game program record with 41 points in the victory over Lipscomb on November 22. The previous record for points in game by a Bronc was 37 by both MyNeshia McKenzie and Nancy Carroll. She was the first player in the MAAC to score over 40 points since Victoria Rampado had 41 against Siena in January of 2018.

Stella Johnson became the first player in program history to earn MAAC Preseason Player of the Year honors. Stella was also a unanimous selection to the Preseason All-MAAC First Team. Two other Broncs picked up preseason accolades as senior
Amari Johnson landed on the Preseason All-MAAC Second Team and classmate
Lea Favre earned Preseason All-MAAC Third Team distinction. Â

Stella Johnson was named to the Women's Citizen Naismith Trophy Watch List as announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club on November 6th. Johnson is one of 50 players in the nation and just two players from mid-major programs to earn a spot on the list. In late October, Johnson was also named one of 20 watch-list candidates for the 2020 Nancy Lieberman Award as announced by The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA). She was also named to the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award Watch List by the USBWA on December 5.
