NOTES & QUOTES
"I thought we swung the bats well and put together some good at-bats. We hit the ball hard into some outs. We missed an opportunity when the score was 7-3 and we had runners on first and third with one out in the fifth. Then we gave up five runs with two outs in the next half inning. Silverman, Harding, Gakeler and Eiser all pitched well. Hirschy was better. We need to continue to work."
