WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Rider enters the week with a 14-9 overall record and a 9-5 mark in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play. The Broncs have won six straight matches, dropping just three sets during the winning streak. Rider has won its last five MAAC matches.

- Last time out, Rider complete a clean weekend in the Empire State with a 3-0 victory against Siena on Sunday. The win came on the heels of a 3-1 thumping of Marist on Saturday.

- Prior to Sunday's match with the Gaels, Rider will honor seniors Savannah Logan, Hailey Riede and Perry Williams for their contributions to the program.

- The Broncs are 3-4 in five-set contests this fall. The team is 7-5 in three-set matches (with all seven wins coming in conference play) and 4-0 in four-game tilts. At home, the Broncs are 5-3 this year with impressive wins against Niagara, Quinnipiac, Siena and Saint Peter's.

- On Tuesday, a pair of Broncs earned weekly awards from the MAAC. Freshman Anilee Sher was tabbed as the MAAC Co-Rookie of the Week and junior Rachelle Runyon was named the MAAC Libero of the Week. The weekly accolade was the second of the season and the second of Runyon's career, while Sher was recognized as the rookie of the week for the third time in 2018. Sher is one of two freshmen in the MAAC to earn weekly honors three times this fall.

- Sher was steady all week in the middle for the Broncs in three Rider wins. Sher averaged 9.36 assists per set, 2.27 digs per set, 0.73 service aces per set and 0.73 blocks per set as Rider defeated Marist, Siena and Fairleigh Dickinson. She recorded a pair of double-doubles on the week and now has a team-high 14 this fall. Versus FDU, she had 40 assists, five aces and 10 digs in a four-game win. She followed that up with 40 assists, five block assists and 10 digs in a 3-1 win at Marist. She closed the week with 23 assists and three digs in a sweep of Siena. Sher currently ranks third in the MAAC with 9.67 assists per set and she ranks first in the league with 0.48 service aces per set.

- Runyon continued her stellar season on the back line for the Broncs in a trio of Rider wins last week. In victories over Marist, Siena and Fairleigh Dickinson, she averaged 5.36 digs per set and had a serve receive percentage of .930. In a four-set win over FDU, she tallied 24 digs. Runyon followed that up with 23 digs in four-game win at Marist. She capped her week with 12 digs at Siena. She is one of four players in the MAAC to average of 4.45 digs per set in 2018. Runyon has totaled 20 or more digs in a match seven times this autumn.

- On Tuesday, September 4, Head Coach Chris Feliciano earned his 100th career victory at Rider. He became just the second coach in program history to reach the milestone. He enters the week with a career record of 112-129. He is the second winningest coach in program history and is one win away from the most victories in program history.

- In the first match of the season, senior Hailey Riede became the eighth player in program history to record 1,000 career kills. Riede is the fourth player under Feliciano to reach the milestone. In the first 32 years of the program, four players recorded 1,000 career kills. In Feliciano's eight seasons the same number of student-athletes have accomplished the feat. She currently is third program history with 1,207 kills.

- On the season, Sher has 767 assists and a team-high 38 service aces. She has also added 227 digs.

- Both Runyon and Sher were named to the La Salle Invitational All-Tournament Team on the second weekend of play.

- Manhattan leads the all-time series, 29-11. However, the Broncs have had the edge of late, winning the last three meetings between the two teams. The Jaspers are 2-17 away from home this season. Manhattan and Rider will play twice in the final two weeks of the regular season.

- Iona leads the all-time series, 28-11. The Gaels defeated the Broncs, 3-2, in the first meeting between the two teams this season. The loss for the Broncs on October snapped a four-match winning streak for Rider versus Iona. The Broncs had swept the regular-season series with the Gaels in 2016 and 2017.

- Offensively, Hailey Riede leads the team with 215 kills. She has registered 10 or more kills in 13 matches this fall, including in each of her last four appearances.

- Senior Savannah Logan is having a career-year. She has racked up 183 kills to go along with 2.65 kills per set. Logan has also recorded a career-high 172 digs and registered six double-doubles this autumn.

- At the net, senior Perry Williams had a team-best 94 total blocks (26 solo blocks, 68 block assists). She has recorded six or more block assists in seven matches in 2018.

- Defensively, Runyon leads the team with 395 digs, while Sher is second with 227. On the backline, Brynn Sherbert has chipped in 182 digs, while Danielle Blanco has contributed 203 digs.
