LAWRENCEVILLE--Senior Tami Coyle (Sayreville/St. John Vianney) scored twice and added an assist to lead Rider to a come-from-behind victory against Temple Wednesday.
Temple (2-2) took a 1-0 lead 17 minutes into the game. Coyle scored on a penalty kick to tie the score with 24 minutes left in the second half.
Coyle scored her fifth goal of the season just four minutes later to give Rider a 2-1 lead.
Junior Aileen Ascolese (Holyoke, MA/Holyoke), senior Andrea Giuliani (West Deptford, NJ/West Deptford) and senior Stephanie Best (Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) also added second half goals for the Broncs.
Rider (3-1) out-shot Temple 24-6 Rider freshman goalkeeper Kim Carter (Chantilly, VA/Chantilly) made one save. Temple goalkeeper Jackie Mauro made 12 saves.
The Broncs play at Monmouth Saturday.
