Romano led the Broncs to an 8-3 record in October, compiling 4.36 kills per set while hitting .279. The junior opposite’s strong performance helped extend Rider’s winning streak, which began with three victories to conclude September, to seven matches. She posted seven double-doubles in 11 matches in the month and eclipsed 20 kills four times, including a season-high 26 in an Oct. 31 win at Siena.
