Richard Path

Path joined the Broncs as an assistant coach in February in 2023.

Rider reached the MAAC Semifinals for the fifth-consecutive season in 2024, topping Merrimack in the MAAC Quarterfinals. Kiannisha Santiago earned her second All-MAAC honor, being named to the All-MAAC First-Team before earning MAAC All-Tournament Team honors in the postseason. Molly Rohde and Paige Giehtbrock both earned Second-Team All-MAAC honors. 

The Broncs once again reached the MAAC Tournament in 2023, defeating Niagara in the first round of the Tournament to advance to the MAAC semifinals for the fourth-straight season. Kiannisha Santiago was awarded Second-Team All-MAAC honors with Molly Rohde and Paige Geihtbrock earning MAAC All-Rookie Team honors.

Most recently, Path was the head JV coach and assistant varsity coach at Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, PA. Prior to his time at Upper Dublin, Park held the same position for three seasons at Hatboro Horsham High School in Horsham, PA. He also coached various levels at the Infinity Voleyball Academy, ranging from 13U to 16U.

Also a volunteer at multiple junior camps and clinic, Path was both the President and Captain of the Men's Club Volleyball team at Penn State Abbington.
