- First-Team All-MAAC.
- MAAC Player of the Week (11/16).
- Started all 31 matches and played in 113 sets as a senior.
- Ranked second in the MAAC and 29th nationally with 10.70 assists per set.
- Set program records for assists in a match (68), season (1,209), and career (3,924).
- Second on the team with 40 service aces.
- Second on the team with 66 total blocks.
- Third on the team with 270 digs.
- Averaged 10.52 assists per set for her career, second most in program history.
- 152 career service aces ranks second in program history.
- Had 10 double-doubles during the season.
- Posted career-high 68 assists in regular-season finale against Niagara.
- Had a season-high18 digs in a conference win over Iona.

2020-21

- Appeared in 104 sets and saw action in 28 matches for the Broncs as a sophomore.
- Became the first player in program history with multiple seasons of over 1,000 assists.
- Became the youngest active player in Division I with over 2,000 career assists.
- Became just the sixth player in program history with over 2,000 career assists.
- Recorded 1,136 assists, 33 kills, 250 digs, 45 service aces and 50 total blocks.
- Registered the second-most assists in a single-season in program history.
- Averaged 10.92 assists per set (the second-most in a single-season in program history).
- Had 10 double-doubles during the year.
- Registered a career-high 21 digs in a four-set win over Canisius on November 2.
- Had 15 matches with 40 or more assists and four matches with over 50 assists.
- Dished out a career-high 59 assists against Canisius on November 2.

2018
- Named to the All-Tournament Team at the La Salle Invitational.
- Named the MAAC Rookie of the Week a conference-best four times (9/4, 9/11, 10/30 &11/6).
- Named to the MAAC All-Championship Team.
- Named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team.
- Recorded 1,054 assists, 35 kills, 9.67 assists per set, a team-best 49 service aces, a MAAC-leading .045 service aces per set, 317 digs and 50 total blocks.
- Had the fourth-most assists in a single-season in program history. She is just the fourth different player to record over 1,000 assists in a season.
- She had the second-most assists per set in a single-season in program history.
- Registered a team-leading 19 double-doubles during the year.
- Had 50 or more assists in a match four times.
- Dished out a career-high 55 assists in a win over Lafayette on September 1.
- Had 10 or more digs in a match 19 times.
- Recorded a career-high 18 digs in a victory over Iona on November 4.

BEFORE RIDER
Starred for four years in volleyball at Spackenkill High School earning four varsity letters…was named the Poughkeepsie Journal Player of the Year…earned All-State honors…was the Section 9 Coaches Association Player of the Year…her team captured back-to-back sectional finals…appeared in the state final four…captured three MHAL Championships.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Oren Sher and Liat Rusek-Sher…born in Israel…majoring in elementary education and psychology with a minor in social work and early childhood development…has three sisters.
