Sam Falk joined the Rider Sports Medicine staff in May 2026 as a staff athletic trainer, working with the Broncs’ men’s soccer, Swim & Dive, and Softball programs.
Prior to Rider, Falk worked at Chowan University providing care for more than 500 student-athletes across 20 sports as the Assistant Athletic Trainer 2024-2025, and served as the Head Athletic Trainer 2025-2026.
Falk received her Bachelor's of Science in Health Sciences and Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from Neumann University in 2022 and 2024, respectively. Falk was a member of the Neumann Women’s Lacrosse team from 2019-2022.
Falk’s professional interests include functional exercise prescription, manual therapy, and interprofessional collaboration. Sam is a South Jersey native with strong ties to Rider, as her mom attended and graduated from the university in 2014. In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, partner, Matt, and their 2 cats, Toast and Croissant.
