At Rider:
Accounting major...two-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree… a veteran of 47 games…started 16 games in 2012...had an assist in a MAAC game at Iona...started all 19 games at center back as a sophomore...played in 12 games as a Rider rookie, starting three...President of the Catholic Campus Ministry at Rider.

At Cumberland Valley High School:
Three-year letterwinner for soccer as a defender…a Mid-Penn Conference All-Star...Super Y League Nationals All-Tournament team...2010 Super Y League National ODP Pool...four-year letterwinner in track, running the hurdles, triple jump and relays…was a Pennsylvania State medalist in the 110m hurdles while setting his school's indoor track record in the triple jump to earn Most Outstanding Athlete Award...a member of the National Honors Society...in 2007 was a member of the Central Penn Alliance that won the US Club National Championship...plays the piano…hobbies include skiing…personal: son of Andy and Patty Elgin…father played football at Moravian College…younger brother A.J. plays lacrosse at Christopher Newport University…also has a younger sister, Amy.
