Reilly Fuller joined Head Coach Chad Duernberger’s staff as Assistant Coach in Summer 2025. He came to Rider following a season at Villanova.
"I'm excited to have Reilly join our staff,” said Duernberger. “After conversations with him and reaching out in the soccer community about him, I could tell he is the right fit for Rider Men's Soccer. He's motivated, knowledgeable about the game and builds great relationships with players. Most importantly he believes in a culture-driven environment in which our core values and philosophy of the program fit perfectly with him. This is a great addition for Rider Men's Soccer and I'm excited to work with him."
Fuller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in May 2022. He went on to serve internships with the Philadelphia Union in the front office and equipment departments. In October 2023, he began his coaching career as an assistant coach with FC Delco, working with its 08 and 09 MLS Next Teams.
Fuller’s father, Rudy Fuller, is currently a Senior Associate Athletics Director at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that he served two decades as the James C. Gentle Head Coach of Men's Soccer at Penn.
