Justin Ruffino joined the men's soccer staff ahead of the 2026 season.
Previous to his tenure on the Broncs staff, Ruffino served as an assistant coach for the York College men's soccer team in 2025.
Before his time with the Spartans in the Keystone State, Ruffino was a player at both Rider and Neumann. Starting in Lawrenceville, Ruffino played for the Broncs from 2020-2023, playing in 16 games during the run to the 2023 MAAC Championship. Ruffino repeated the feat during his graduate season at Neumann, helping the Knights win the 2024 AEC Championship.
Ruffino graduated from rider in 2024 with a degree in Business Administration and Management while obtaining a master's degree in Sports Business from Neumann in 2025.
