2017
- Appeared in and started all 19 games for the Broncs as senior.
- Scored two goals and added two assists for six points.
- Both of her goals came in conference play (vs. SHU and LIU Brooklyn).
- Rider won both of the games in which she scored.
- Set new career-highs in goals and assists.

2016
- Appeared in 19 games, starting 10 as a junior.
- Broncs went 4-1 in games where Henderson had a shot on goal, lone loss was to nationally-recognized Monmouth.
- Had nine shots (six of which were on goal).

2015
- As a sophomore, appeared in all 19 games (13 starts), helping to anchor the Bronc defense.
- 10th nationally and third in the MAAC with five defensive saves.
- Had a goal in Rider’s 6-1 win at Vermont.
- Assisted on the game-winning goal over MAAC-rival Bryant in Rider’s 1-0 road victory.

2014
- As a Rider rookie, played in all 20 games, making 19 starts and logged 1,287 minutes.
- Scored the game-winning goal in Rider’s Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference victory over Quinnipiac.

Before Rider
Lettered in field hockey and track and field at Mohawk Trail Regional High School… led her squad to the Western Massachusetts finals as a junior and senior as the team captain and earned All-Western Massachusetts honors…was also a USFHA National Futures selection as a junior and senior, was a USFHA Junior Olympic selection in 2012 and was a NFHCA All-America nominee in 2013…in 2012 and 2013, was selected to participate in the USFHA Futures Elite training squad, the USFHA Junior Olympics and the USFNA National Futures Championship…selected to participate in the USFHA National Futures Championship in 2014…in track, is the school record holder in the 55 meter dash, shot put, 4x200 and 4x400 meter relays.
