Biography
2019-20:
- One of six Broncs to play in all 30 games, starting five
- Averaged 6.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game, making a team-high 47 three-point field goals and shooting a team-high 75.6 percent from the free-throw line
- Scored in double figures five times, including a season-high 14 points in a win over Bucknell (Dec. 3)
- Made a season-high four three-point field goals twice – against Bucknell (Dec. 3) and at Niagara (Jan. 17)
- Scored 13 points twice – at Temple (Dec. 21) and against Monmouth (Feb. 28)
- Grabbed a season-high seven rebounds at Delaware State (Nov. 8)
- Made 3-of-3 free throws after being fouled attempting a three-pointer with 5.9 seconds to turn a two-point deficit into a 61-60 win over Canisius (Feb. 7)
Before Rider:
Spent two years at Florida International, earning Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll and the C-USA Academic Medal, presented to student-athletes with a 3.75 GPA or better… Saw action in 33 of FIU’s 34 games in 2018-19, getting the start in nine… Averaged 9.3 points per game, good for fourth on the team, and averaged 2.3 rebounds per game… Was third on the team in three-point field goal percentage, hitting 33.8 percent (79-for-234) from behind the arc… His 2.4 three-point field goals made per game was eighth in Conference USA… Scored in double figures in 14 of the 33 games he played in, including two 20-point outings… Saw limited action as a junior due to multiple injuries, but scored in double figures in four of his six games, connected on at least four three-point field goals in three of his six games played… Played his first two collegiate seasons at Indian River State College, averaging 20.8 points per game as a sophomore… Scored 602 points in his final season at IRSC and 895 points in his two seasons in Fort Pierce… Netted 113 three-pointers as a sophomore and accumulated a two-year total of 187 made three-pointers… Averaged 5.5 rebounds and dished out 3.0 assists per game… First Team All-FCSAAA selection and earned Region 8 All-State honors… Had a career-high 37 points against College of Central Florida (12/11), 30 points against Santa Fe College (12/16) and 33 points against Miami Dade College (1/4) all during a four-game stretch... An honorable mention all-conference selection as a freshman.. Played his high school basketball at Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, where he averaged 8.3 points-per-game… Helped lead the Pioneers to the District and Metro titles during his senior campaign and was named Most Improved Player and captain during his final season… Was also a four-year member of the school’s Honor Roll.
