Douglas joins the field hockey coaching staff in August of 2025. She was most recently an assistant at TCNJ for both the Lions field hockey and lacrosse teams.
At TCNJ, Douglas helped the field hockey team produce a 66-28 overall record, reaching the NCAA Tournament twice, across five seasons, highlighted by the 2019 campaign, where the Lions had an undefeated regular season, entering the NCAA Tournament with a perfect 18-0 record. While in Ewing, she saw field hockey student-athletes earn 10 All-America honors with four being named to the First-Team. The lacrosse team compiled a 61-15 record, with 4 trips to the NCAA Tournament in five seasons, with the only season not in the tournament being the pandemic shortened 2020 campaign, led by a trip to the NCAA Division III Final Four 2022. As a member of the lacrosse staff, she helped guide players to 12 All-America honors, including five First-Team selections.
As a player at TCNJ, Douglas was a two-sport standout, twice earning All-America honors as a field hockey player. Douglas finished her field hockey career with 61 goals and 23 assists, including the game-winning goal in the 2014 NCAA Division III National Championship game. A two-time All-Region defensive player on the lacrosse field, Douglas finished her career with 116 ground balls and 67 caused turnovers.
